Shipping & Track & Trace (GLS)

We ship all orders with GLS from our fulfillment center in Prague, Czech Republic . Letterbox-sized envelopes typically take 3–7 business days to arrive in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The Sleeping Bears are packaged in a sturdy envelope that fits through the letterbox , so you don't have to be home to receive them. This way, you'll receive your order quickly and worry-free . In some cases, orders are shipped in a box , for example, for larger quantities (such as four bags of 60 bears ), due to their weight and size.

  • Track & Trace: The tracking link is usually emailed to the address you used to place your order within 24 hours of shipment. You can also find the tracking information by logging into your account on our website. If you can't find the link, please contact us .
  • Updates: The status can sometimes only be updated later in the day by GLS.
  • Not home? GLS will try again or deliver to a nearby ParcelShop.

Returns (within 30 days)

You may, of course, want to return something. We appreciate receiving the packaging unopened and in its original condition . Returns can be sent to our returns address in Prague:

When you return an item, always include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or complaint. Once the return has been received in good order, the amount will be refunded within 7 days . Please note that this may take longer if not all information is provided correctly or is missing from the email communication.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged. In that case, we will, of course, reimburse the shipping costs.
