1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer legislation.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days after receiving your order via email: info@slaapberen.com. You then have another 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Products with broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s own expense and risk.
  • You are responsible for proper packaging and sufficient postage of the return shipment.


3. Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with broken or opened seals.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Free samples or promotional items.


4. Return Procedure

  • Send an email to info@slaapberen.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • After approval, you will receive instructions and the return address.
  • Ship the product within 14 days after notification and keep your shipping receipt.


5. Shipping Costs & Refund

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrectly delivered product).
  • After receipt and inspection of the returned product, you will receive your refund within 14 days via the same payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours after receipt via email. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will then offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
