These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements relating to products and services offered via slaapberen.com, managed by Intergummy s.r.o., based in the Czech Republic. By visiting our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product Information
The products on slaapberen.com are not medicines and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.

All product descriptions are provided with care. Changes, errors, or omissions are reserved and do not entitle any compensation or cancellation.

3. Orders and Payments

  • An order will only be processed after full receipt of payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders without stating a reason.
  • Payment can be made via the payment methods offered on the website.
  • All prices are listed in euros, including VAT, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Shipping Policy

  • We ship worldwide. The customer is responsible for checking whether the product is legal in the destination country.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
  • If a product is temporarily out of stock, the customer will be informed. The order will be shipped once the item is available, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We use reliable carriers but cannot guarantee delivery times due to external factors such as customs checks, delays, or local regulations.
  • After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code by email.
  • If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may deliver the package to neighbors or a local pickup point. In both cases, this is considered a valid delivery.
  • All import duties, VAT, or customs fees in the destination country are fully the customer’s responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or destruction of packages due to prohibited ingredients or import restrictions in the destination country.
  • We do not offer refunds if a package is rejected by health authorities or seized by customs due to local regulations concerning product composition.

4.3 Lost or Damaged Orders

  • If an order is lost during shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This may take several weeks.
  • Intergummy s.r.o. is not liable for damage occurring during transport.
  • In case of visible transport damage, the customer must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

4.4 Delivery Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot be held liable for errors.
  • If a delivery is refused or not collected, return and reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to non-delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. Any additional costs will be charged.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw their order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • After proper receipt of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method.

6. Liability

  • Intergummy s.r.o. is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
  • We are not responsible for allergies or side effects resulting from use. Please read the ingredients and instructions carefully before use.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of the order.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. See our privacy policy for more information.
  • Personal data is used solely for order processing, communication, and improving our services.
  • Data will never be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.

8. Complaints and Disputes

  • Complaints can be submitted via info@slaapberen.com or the contact form on the website.
  • We aim to respond substantively within 5 business days.
  • These terms are governed by Czech law.
  • Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Czech Republic.
