1. Usage: Take 1 to 2 gummies (each gummy contains 5 mg of doxylamine) approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Do not exceed 2 gummies per day.
2. Storage: Store SleepBears in a cool, dry place (<25 °C), away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children. Once opened, use within 3 months. Do not use after the expiration date on the packaging.

4. Do not use if:
   • You are under 12 years old

5. Warnings:
   • This product may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery within 8 hours after consumption.
   • Do not combine with alcohol; this may intensify the sedative effect and increase the risk of falls.
   • Older adults may be more sensitive to this product’s effects; consult a doctor if needed.
   • Possible side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth or eyes, headache, reduced alertness, dizziness, constipation, and vivid dreams.
