Instructions for use – Sleeping Bears Gummies

Sleep Bears are vegan gummies for use in the evening. They contain doxylamine and plant extracts, among other things, and are often used as part of a calming evening routine.

Usage

Take 1 to 2 gummies per evening, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime . It is best to start with 1 gummy to test your personal sensitivity. Do not use more than 1 dose in 24 hours.

Ingredients information

  • Each gummy contains 5 mg of doxylamine
  • Contains herbal extracts such as valerian, passion flower, lemon balm and/or other soothing herbs
  • Vegan – contains no animal ingredients
  • Sweetened with glucose syrup and natural flavours

Do not use in

  • Children under 12 years
  • During pregnancy or breastfeeding, unless on medical advice
  • When using antidepressants, opioids, antipsychotics or other sedatives without consulting a doctor
  • In case of liver or kidney disorders, glaucoma, breathing problems or enlarged prostate
  • If you are hypersensitive to antihistamines or any of the ingredients

Storage advice

  • Store in a cool, dry and dark place
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.

Warnings

  • May cause drowsiness. Do not use before participating in traffic or operating heavy machinery within 8 hours.
  • Do not combine with alcohol: this enhances the sedative effect and increases the risk of accidents or breathing problems.
  • Do not use for long periods without consulting a doctor. Long-term sleep problems may have medical causes.
  • Elderly people are more sensitive to side effects such as confusion or dizziness. Extra caution is advised.
  • Possible side effects include: drowsiness, dry mouth or eyes, headache, dizziness, upset stomach, vivid dreams, or constipation.
  • If allergic reactions occur (such as rash, swelling or difficulty breathing), stop immediately and seek medical advice.
